Our hearts go out to the family of one of the sweetest couples my husband and I have ever known. I started working with Tari at WERDCC in 2009 but we didn't meet Jim until they went to Texas for his surgery. We couldn't help but see the love and commitment they shared. When Jim didn't think he could take anymore Tari was right there letting Jim know she would never give up. Even when she was having health problems of her own. Jim always came first. They were each others strength. The last time we got to see Jim my husband asked how he was doing. He said he was more worried about Tari (his rock) and just wanted to be able to ride their motorcycles again. Those were some of our happiest times. He didn't know what he would ever do if something would ever happen to her. God Bless all of the family with hugs and prayers and especially Tari for losing the love of her life. Lee and I will always be there for you Tari.

I didn't Know Jim very long. The first time I meet him was as a Hospice volunteer. But as soon as we started talking I knew we would be friends. We both loved hunting and fishing and had lots of tails to tell. Some I told might have been a stretch but I felt my stores had to be as good as his. Jim had such a positive look towards his future and Tari did all she could to support him. He would tell me of his love for her and hers for him. He was looking forward to moving into there new home and we were planning on fishing in there new pond. I will miss him as a long time friend even if it was a short time friendship. He and his family will be in my prays and I hope our friendship will go on.
