Growing up, my family wasn't very close. Staying the night with Sarah usually meant a movie in the living room with her family. I couldn't wait! Margie always made me feel like "one of the girls," and for brief moments, like I was part of a family that cared about one another, who laughed out loud and joked and played. Whether it was her infectious laugh, caring spirit, breakfast in the morning, or a board game before bed, she showed me what love in a home was supposed to feel like. I'll always be grateful. She will always be missed. She will always be loved.
