As this greatest generation passes Mom is near the end of the procession, (living 99 and 3/4 years). The hope is, her example of selflessness, service, and unfailing love will not be lost; but will be seeds of a wonderful life planted by her example, and will grow abundantly within her family and many other hearts she touched. That will be a garden she would cherish.
Thank You MOM. Yes, the ducks are in a row. JOHN

I was blessed to have the very best, most loving, caring, mother in law that anyone could ask for. She was my mom for over 40 years. She was loved every bit by me, as my natural mother. I am going to miss her so very much. I was able to see her and say my private goodbye to her the night before she went to be with God and her other loved ones that were waiting for her at the gates of heaven. Mom looked at me while I visited the night before she passed. She opened her eyes, and without any doubt knew that I was there. She looked at me with such love and devotion. I could hear her voice telling me "it's going to be okay honey" as i cried. Mom never had a bad word to say about anyone. She loved unconditionally and never judged others. She had a true belief in God & lived her life as a true christian woman who helped others. Her life was her family. We had many good family dinners and evenings out with her at El Tapitio with her. She was the best cook, and I cherish the memories I had with her, and the family times. She gave me the best husband a girl could ever hope to have. She taught him loyalty, respect, integrity, honesty, hard work and dedication, and to live a christian life. We will miss her more than words can say. She was the glue that held the family together. She will remain with us in our heart & soul forever. I never was able to beat her in scrabble. I will never forget her & she will be with me in my heart and soul forever. I know when my time comes that she will be there for me. That gives me great comfort. The mold was broken when God created mom. She was an incredibly awesome lady. I will miss her tremendously.
