I recall as a young lad visiting the house in Porterville. My parents and sister and I would come over for a BBQ and swim. Those were great times and they are greatly missed. Uncle Bob was jovial and laughed often always creating an upbeat environment. He was laid back and genuine in his conversations with people. I regret not staying in touch, but as we all know, we each get wrapped up in our own lives and families sometimes to the point where we loose the importance of staying connected with others. The older I get, the more I realize this and the more I strive to stay connected. Take care uncle and don't make everyone laugh too much.

Dear Dad,

Your funeral today went perfect. Lots of family & friends talking about your sense of humor and your generosity. Stories of how you helped people and funny stories about your driving. I told some stories of my own, but I forgot to mention how we loved jumping the waves at the beach with you & our trip through Europe. Grace is carrying on your love of Reese's peanut butter cups, too.

After the service, we ate a Hoagies Pancho Villa in your honor. As an adult, I now know why they were your favorite! I shall miss calling you after work to tell you about my day. We all miss you, Dad. Your resting place is near Grandma Great, Stacey, Grandma Rie, & Dude Boy. Good company if anyone was actually there.

Thanks for being my Dad; through good, bad, ups, & downs, you always managed a smile and a thought for someone less fortunate.
Love, your daughter.....

Bob was always so friendly and helpful. I met him several years ago and have been friends with many of his family. He will be missed. Rest in Peace my friend. God Bless

I met him while working at PDC. He was always friendly and ready to help or explain things I had questions about. He was so good at his job and we had many chats through the years I did clinical work that often led to going to the pharmacy where Bob would always have a smile ready. A true gentle man. Blessings to his family and friends
