R.I.P. Maxine, I remember the time you had me on your Task Force Team regarding Metropolitan Hospital when we were fighting against moving the criminally insane, which was a done deal according to Grace Napolitano, I'll never forgot her words, but we fought hard and at least got the front gate on Norwalk Blvd moved to Bloomfield I still have the picture of us at the ribbon cutting in the Norwalk News a long time ago. I have thought about you long after all the commotion and haven't run into you in a long time and was sad to read of your passing. You will be missed.
You touched so many people, in such a positive way. You lived life your way.
Memories, no matter recent or long past, when they are of someone that touched your life in some way, have a great healing power over sorrow. My heart and prayers are you and your family.
Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved one today and always.
Aunt Mickey, I will miss you so much. What a wonderful ride you had in this thing called life. I am so blessed to have called you my aunt. When ever I indulge in ground up bologna, it will bring back the days of family vacations at your house, where we were always welcome with open and loving arms. Love you, Gina
P.S. we won't tell anyone I was your favorite!!!!
