Tilford (Til) Harding Snodgrass Jr.
Til passed away September 27, 2013, at his home in Yucaipa at the age of 72. He was born in Missouri on July 28, 1941, and moved with his parents to Banning California at the age of 4, where he attended school from kindergarten throughout high school, graduating in 1959. After school, Til enlisted in the Navy where he served for 4 yrs. He resided most of his life in Redlands and was employed until retirement for L.J. Snow Ford Co. He was very involved in the Elks Lodge of Redlands and volunteered countless hours in the maintenance of the Lodge. He had special memories of fishing trips to the Elks Lodge in Sitka Alaska.
Til is preceded in death by his mother and stepfather, Alma and Ed Buzzini and his father,Tilford Snodgrass Sr. He is survived by his wife, Lynn Snodgrass; his stepmother, Pearl Snodgrass; sisters Wilma Grimes (Fred), Sherri Mullinix, Phyllis Buzzini, Patty Caulder (Ray); brothers Redgie Snodgrass (Yvonne), Gary Snodgrass, Robert Buzzini (Nora); many nieces and nephews, and his many Elks' friends. He is also survived by Livius and Maria Puraci of Holy Hill Home Care in Yucaipa, where he resided under their loving care for the past 4 years.
A memorial gathering in remembrance of Til's life will be at the Redlands Elks Lodge, 663 New York St. on Saturday, October 12th at 1:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation to the Alzheimer's Association designated for research.

Til was a great friend and coworker many years ago. I have a lot of fond memories of him and even tho I have not seen him for a few years I will always remember him as the good friend and great person that he was.
