I had the pleasure of working with Bill driving trucks at Atlas Intermodal. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We spent many miles swapping stories over the C.B. when we weren't having breakfast at the Pinecone restaurant at LaSalle.

He had a deep rooted love for his country and the community of Knoxville and his family. His passion was with the police and fire department. We could always recognize his deep voice.

Bill was kind to me and my family, quick with a joke or a story with a smile that would put you at ease. Rest in peace, Bill.
