Sam was more than a patient at stonemere with us, to me he was a good friend and always showed the light in the darkest of times, especially for patients who were struggling, he would give the shirt off his back to help the person in need, he definitely was the person who taught me how to dance through life rather than march through it and I will never hear a song about Pink Floyd without hearing him may he rest in peace.Love Taylor Diaz

This guy was more than one of our patients at stonemere, he was a very good friend of mine, someone I always looked to for guidance, he shined through Darkness at all times and gave positive outlooks to all people, especially me, he was the one that really taught me how to dance through life, rather than march through it. I'll never hear a Pink Floyd song without hearing you. Love you and the family. Love, Taylor Diaz

SammyT was one of the coolest guys I ever knew. The fact that he was my cousin made it that much more cool! He could smack a baseball, crush a golf ball, elude would be tacklers and played the best game of pool I ever saw. Sam was very witty too. As a youngster it was a gas to hang with him. I will miss you Sam. They tell me you are in a better place. Maybe you and I can play a round of golf together someday in that better place.

Take Care Sam,

We had a lot of fun as kids. You were the best golfer I ever knew and a good guy.

May god go with you
