Thank you Lord, for this generous lady! I am especially appreciative of all the platelets she donated for our community. Lots of people alive because of her help.

I remember working with Eleanor over the phone when she worked at Voc Rehab and I worked in the SSI program at Social Security. She was a wonderful advocate for her clients and easy to work with. I met her face to face after a Bach Festival event over at the Wildish several years ago when I gave her husband and her a ride back to Eugene because the EMX had stopped running. I was delighted to meet her at last. My very best wishes for comfort are sent to the family.

May the God of all comfort strengthen the family during this time of deep sorrow. Those who pass on, God keeps in his memory because they are precious in his eyes. My sincerest condolences. (Psalms 116:15)

What a sister! I too came from that long line of strong and accomplished women...and married one too. Benefited more than anyone can imagine. Goodbye El...what a trip we have had. It would have been better if we didn't have the entire USA spread out between us. With love, Bill

Very sorry to hear of Eleanor's passing. Eleanor was a long-time member of the Lane Transit District's Accessible Transportation Committee. She was a true advocate for services for people with disabilities and older adults. Her contribution to those services at LTD was and always will be deeply appreciated.

Eleanor and Tony Mulder have been a force for change and betterment in our community since they moved here. I was honored to work with Tony in Commercial Broadcast for many years. I've been a guest in their home and have witnessed their bond and deep love for one another. I also worked with Eleanor while I was employed by the State of Oregon and admired her dedication to those she served and to the community in general. At the end of a life so well lived, one could say many things. Putting my relationship with her as succinctly as possible, The world is simply a better place to live because of this wonderful woman. I am honored to have walked a bit of life's pathway with Eleanor and Tony and I grieve her passing and pray that the God of all peace will tenderly comfort each one who knew and loved this remarkable woman as we all mourn her passing.
