Donna was such a sweet and wonderful person and I was blessed to have her as my friend. I have great memories of times we shared with our kids at Van Horn Elementary. Donna and I had the best time playing tennis and she was a great doubles partner. I remember her infectious laugh and her huge heart! She lived for her family and she was so proud of her beautiful children. I was so shocked to hear the sad news of her sudden passing. I know that she is in God's loving arms now, but I will miss her. It's been many years since we've seen each other, but we kept in touch. My thoughts and prayers are with you, Whitney, Brandon and Greg.

Donna lived her life with her heart wide open. She was the most amazing person I have ever known, she was my everything my best friend my go to person. She was always there no matter what time it was she always had time for me, we would talk for hours and pray together often.
Even though we where miles away from each other we would always watch our Oregon Duck football together on the phone and we always dreamed we would attend one together one day. I spent a lot of time asking God why he would take her away and then make it impossible for me not to attend her funeral, my heart was so broken, and I know God doesn't make bad things happen, his promise is he will be beside us when they do. So with that my dear sweet Sister I will miss you more than you know and love you for the rest of my life and hold you in my heart until we meet again.

Whitney and Brandon, I just heard the sad news. Your mom was always willing to share and invite people into her life. I remember Van Horn school days, playing tennis at Stockdale and having great conversations about you both and how amazing and wonderful you are. I am in shock, and am very sorry I missed the funeral, as I just heard news tonight . She will not be forgotten, What a blessing she was and I thank God for knowing her. May God give you strength and hold you close. I will miss you Donna . You are with the angels now . Sincerely your friend Linda Jelmini

I am in shock and disbelief, reading of this about Donna. Donna became my best friend in Junior High. Donna and her family gave me the emotional support that I did not receive from my family. Donna, even though we may have not been in contact, you have been and will always be in my heart. I have so many cherished memories that I will never forget. We have lost a very special person.

Donna will be so incredibly missed here at my tax office. She would come and talk each tax year and my Yorkie girls that work with me would fight to sit on her lap. She would pet and love on them while she told us of her latest adventures for the past year. She spoke of her love for her family and how much she adored her children. Her life was her family and she did a wonderful job in raising two gorgeous, kind, smart kids. I have seen tears and laughter, joys and sorrow...no one had a kinder soul, no one had a better heart. Never thinking only of herself, always willing to lend a hand. Her infectious, spontaneous laugh, that girlish giggle and that sly, clever, sparkle that would gleam in her eyes will be fondly remembered. I have a hard time thinking that she is really gone as there was so much life and love that flowed through her. I was truly blessed for knowing her and I am truly saddend by the loss of someone I considered my friend. The dogs and I will miss her immensely. From all of us here at Spectrum Tax & Financial, we offer the family our deepest condolences and extend a hand for any help that may be needed. We miss you Donna. VaLori and Critters

Love lives On
Those we love
are never really lost to us--
we feel them
in so many special ways--
through friends
they always cared about
and dreams they left behind,
in beauty that they added to our days
in words of wisdom we still carry with us
and memories that will never be gone..
Those we love are never really lost to us...
For everywhere their special
Love Lives On.

Donna was my mentor while on my first job in retail at Gottschalks! I have blessed memories of her funny laugh, upbeat spirit and truly genuine personality. While it has been over 15 years since I've last seen her beautiful face, I won't soon forget her kindness. Thank you Donna, for your guidance to a young girl on her first real job. My condolences to the family during this time, may time and God's love heal your broken hearts.
