Donna Hayes was a pivotal person in my life. She was a brilliant Math teacher, anticipating what are even now cutting-edge teaching techniques. She was a friend and an advisor through some very rough times in my life. She said to me once, " Do you think you can walk into a room and not change it?"
And I say say, "Do you think Donna Hayes could walk into a world and not change it'?"
Forever.

Donna Hayes was a pivotal person in my life. She taught Algebra in a way that anticipated all of the best and most exciting changes that would come into education. She was a friend and mentor through some very dark times in my life. Always merry. Always bright. She once said to me, " Do you think you can walk into a room and not change it?" And I say, "Do you think Donna Hayes could come into a world and not change it?"
Forever.

A devoted friend and loving advisor. You will be missed and you are loved.

Donna taught me to knit. It was the night before my 10th birthday (way back in 1964). I never developed the skill she had, but thank you Donna! My dad was also a good friend of her husband Hal. They both worked at Brown's Corner in Loveland selling sporting goods. Rest in peace, Donna.
