I SAW MY FIRST MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALL GAME IN APRIL 1951,AT WRIGLEY FIELD; WHILE AT BOOT CAMP AT GREAT LAKES NAVAL TRAINING STATION.

THE CARDINALS GOT FOUR HITS THAT DAY AND "THE MAN" WENT FOUR FOR FOUR. I HAVE NEVER HEARD A BASEBALL FAN, ANYWHEREM HAVE ANYTHING BUT PRISE FOR HIM.

I was born in Saint Louis in 1961. To young to see him play in person. If you loved Baseball you loved Stan Musial. May God be with you and family.

Sports stars of today pale in comparison to the qualities that Stan Musial brought to baseball and even more importantly those qualities he displayed off the field. Rest well 'Stan the Man.'

Stan Musial was a gentleman, great family man, a Navy Veteran, A baseball legend....the complete package. Stan, you will be so very missed. Opening game festitivies at Busch will never be the same again. Our city mourns. Condolences to the Musial Family.
