I would like to offer my condolences to the family of Mr. Blackwell. Like so many others I looked forward to his infamous lists. May the family draw strength from the love of family and friends. God will provide you with comfort at this time. You are in the thoughts and prayers of many.

Mr. Robert Blackwell,
You were truly an inspiration to me and I definitely will keep your memory alive. There's more work to be done.

Mr. Blackwell was such fun. I always looked forward to his

Dear, Dear Mr. Blackwell,
You were so much a part of my late teens and early twenties (1957-1962) ~ Going to work every morning I would pass Charlottes Boutique in Akron Ohio where they would show case your dresses in the front window of their shop. One afternoon I went in and asked if I could make payments on one of the cocktail dresses. Much to my delight, they said “yes”. I was the happiest owner of 5 or 6 of your dresses. How I wish I had kept them, for they would still be in style. Through the years I have followed you and will miss you terribly. You were so much fun… My symphony goes to your family.
God bless you!
