Jim was a good man. I met him while undergoing alcoholism treatment while in the navy. Deborah was one of the counselors that helped me as well. Jim and Deborah were there to help me celebrate both my first and second year of sobriety. I carried their love and encouragement with me as I left the navy. By God's grace, and the help of people like Jim and Deborah, I will celebrate 27 years of sobriety on August 24th. Sail on my friend. See you over the horizon.
