They say people come into your life for a reason. You came into mine 10yrs ago,we shared some good times and some sad times. We both lost some good friends and family, together we made it. You were such a strong man, when you first got congestive heart failure, 7 yrs ago, you took control of your life and made sure you were doing the right things to continue living. I was so proud of you. I knew you would make it this time, and I am just now excepting that you are gone. We had some great Holidays, and I am going to miss you so much the coming Holidays. You loved the Lord and I know you are ok, you and your uncle Carl are looking down on us with those great smiles. You told me you felt like you were letting me down, but I want you to know in no way do I feel you let me down. When I read the beautiful cards and remember the flowers you would bring me on Sat. mornings, I am so thankful to have someone that loved me. I had to have this guest book opened back up so I could now write this. I am just now getting there. So my love smile down on us, you will forever be missed. Love you!
I went to your favorite spot on the beach today and laid a rose and watched the waves take it out to sea just like you asked. Gone but never forgotten.
My love and condolences go out to Marsha and Dino's family. Dino was always a sweet gentleman. Always treated me with respect and caring. Know that he is warm, free of discomfort and loved in the loving arms of the Lord. Rest in peace Dino
So sorry to hear of your loss. Your family is in our thoughts and prayers. May God give you strength during this difficult time.
I have known Dino since he was my boss at the VA many years ago. We became good friends and we knew we could cry on one another's shoulder and we did plenty of that. Nat and I loved you like a brother. I know your in a better place now free of sickness. Your service today was great. I'm sure you were looking down on us. Love always
Dino, my Brother, my Friend. I couldn't thank you enough for being a best friend and husband to my sister Marsha. I enjoyed the conversations that we shared and your positive outlook on things as well as that wonderful smile that you always seemed to have. Although we weren't close, and our visits and chats were few and far between, I knew you were a good man and would make anyone a good friend. Rest in peace my friend. You will not be forgotten. God Bless you and your family.
To the Tinsley family,

I heard of Dino's passing today. His quiet heart is at peace. For forty years, I knew his face. His purpose is fulfilled. OUR FATHER's ORDERS. It is not so much the destination but of those who walked with him that matters most. God made you beautiful in His time, such a special joy for me. Dino's walk so true, a life so blessed, God's will is always best. So many lovely memories. The Tinsley and Leavelle Family are in my prayers.
I also worked with Dino for many years at the Salem VAMC. Dino was loved by many, had a wonderful laugh. He was always a gentleman and had a great story to tell. Know that we will all be together again one day in a much more glorious land. My sincere sympathy in your loss but know that you will see him again one day. With deepest sympathy, Jean Shelor

To the Faily of Brother Dino Tinsley,
Be encouraged and hold your head high. Dino has now entered the Church of Life, standing at the Door of Life As the Life Usher with a smile as he usually has, with the Great Creator of Life. Please, know as we believe, that we will see him again and we will, as well as you be ushered in the Church where all praises with our Lord will be carried out. We will keep you in our prayers.
My condolences to Dino's family. I worked with him at the VA hospital. He was a dedicated employee who took his job seriously. He will be missed by all who knew him.
I will always remember Dino's laugh. He had one like no other. I remember going on trips home with my dad (Melvin), we would go to my aunt Lois' house. And Johnny, Jackie and Dino were always guaranteed to make us kids laugh. His passing this week has bought about an end of an era for me as they are all gone now. While they will be and are missed, I know that they are in heaven and that there is no more pain and no suffering. For now, I miss you but I pray I will see you again on the other side. Love cousin,

Love works in mysterious ways we had a great friendship not many people ever experience. I'll remember all the sunsets we watched, our wedding day., long walks holding hands and letting the ocean wet our feet but most of all those sweet notes you left for me all the time . We said till death do us part but I still feel your presence. God has an angel to love and you are free of pain forever. Hold my baby grandson Gabriel and my sister Wendy who loved you so much. Forever ....Marsha
