Billye Jean, May God comfort you in the loss of your mother. She will be missed. I am so blessed that you and your mom shared my 90th birthday with me and I will always remember her kindness and love to me. To be absent in the body is to be present with the Lord. May God continue to bless and keep you and your family in the name of Jesus. Hildred Waller

My sympathies to the entire Dowe family. I will always remember Ms. Webb who brought the 12th Street Christian Church down to Shiloh Baptist Church in Salem, Va. for the first annual Homecoming Service. Shiloh still continues this annual celebration and that is due in part to Ms. Lula Webb's faith, guidance, and support. May she rest in peace with our Heavenly father. I wish the family peace and love.

Sincerely,

Andrew P.Glaspie

To my cousins, our prayers are with you during this time of grief. I know you will Lula, but she is no longer suffering now. May God, the One who is our Great Comforter, comfort you today and the days ahead.

Love you much,

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

Billy Jean no one can take the place of a MOM. She was a fighter! Didn't get to know Aunt Lula long but her smile told a lot. I know she loved the Lord! She has ran her race and finished her course. My prayers are with you. Keep your head up mom will always be there. I love you.
