Frank Jacobs Jr.
LAURINBURG — Mr. Frank Jacobs Jr., 73, of Laurinburg, departed this life on July 6, 2016.
Funeral services will be held 3 p.m. Tuesday at Mt. Hebron Church. Burial will follow in the Jacobs Family Cemetery.
He is preceded in death by his parents, the Rev. Frank Jacobs Sr. and Jessie Lee Jacobs; a daughter, Paula Scott; five brothers, Roy Lee Jacobs, James R. Jacobs, Alvernor Jacobs, Chancelle Jacobs and Harold Jacobs; and three sisters, Mable Webb, Marie Jacobs Jones and Neil Middleton.
Frank is survived by his first wife, Pauline Jacobs; two sons, Gary R. Jacobs and Curley Jacobs, both of Laurinburg; two daughters, Joyce Locklear of Pembroke, and Glenda Carter; four step-daughters, Brenda Powell of Laurinburg, Rose Mary Locklear of Hope Mills, Amanda Demery and Jessica Demery both of Wagram; stepmother, Glenda Jacobs of Maxton; second wife, Linda Gail Demery of the home; a stepson, Scottie Demery of Laurinburg; two brothers, Ray Jacobs and Jimmy Jacobs both of Maxton; four sisters, Earlene Stacks of Charlotte, Lucille Locklear, Laura Jacobs and Angie Jacobs all of Maxton; eleven grandchildren and thirty great-grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at Revels Funeral Home Pembroke.
