Mr. President,

History will credit you with many unique accomplishments. I am personally greatful for the brilliant strategy employed to end the Cold War during your tenure. By understanding the technological revolution at hand, you raised the stakes in the world market place and Bankrupted the machine of the Soviet Union while seeding the new economy of our nation.
