i thank you and everyone of the citizens that joined in because without your help, we would still be in chaos. life is less of a hell, thanks to you. i thank you, Rosa Parks. Your husband knew how to pick the right girl. =D if i was there in that time, i would have also helped. i dont care what they would have done to me, i would have put myself in between you and the police. =D

Being able to share the history of the stand you took with today's young people is beyond words. Especially now with my granddaughter sharing with her the stand we should continue to take not of being a follower but a leader.

Mrs. Parks although I did not know you personally, you open the door to the modern civil rights movement. The decision you made not to give up your seat open the right that every citizen had the right to sit anywhere in public place in the United States of America. Thank you Mother Rosa for your endurance to the United States, and God Bless your Soul.

I once sat on the very seat that you refused to give up on the bus. It was located in the civil rights museum where that young baptist minister who took up your cause was shot down. Thank You God for Rosa and Martin ~ time has stood still ever since for me. ~ Dave Battaino, Sudbury, Ontario Canada
