I really miss my Thursday and Friday night dinners and trips to the bowling alleys with Tony ! I would pick him up and we would head to someplace in West Sacramento when I bowled at Capital Bowl or someplace on the way to LandPark Bowl for dinner and conversation. Rest in Peace, Tony !!

My family and I are very sad to hear this news but were so very blessed to have had Tony as a friend. He was always my bowling coach when I participated in leagues at Land Park Bowl. We will really miss Tony.

Uncle Tony you were always upbeat and clowning. I very much appreciated this about you. You stole a quarter out off my ear once I'm gonna need that back. I remember traveling up to Seattle for uncle Frank's funeral with my little brother Frank. I recall you saying, "Come here." We'd all just heard how Frank had passed away in the morning after a brisk walk preparing to read his Seattle morning newspaper right there in his lounge chair. I'd siddled alongside to listen and You said to me, "When I go that's exactly how I want to go." "You really think so?", I asked. "I'm telling you, you better believe it." How quaint in telling me so.
You're deeply loved and appreciated Uncle I'm sorry to know you've carried on. I don't know exactly how you took flight from this life but when I inquired of my sister I was told in your lounge chair and discovered by Desiree. Looking forward to the union of friends and family and pay you my respects.

Aunt Bridget I'm so sad for your loss. He lived a full life and was always full of Love and Joy. Glad we were able to spend time with him on Saturday at the baptism of his great granddaughter.

I am shocked and saddened by Tony's passing. I was just with him last week ! For the past few years every Thursday and Friday evenings we had dinner at La Mision, or Shari's, or IHop before heading to the lanes. Everyone who bowls knew and liked Tony !!! I will deeply miss my friend and his company !

Dear Uncle Tony,
I will always remember our last dance at the crab feed. I will always remember your smile and your gruff voice, saying hey kiddo, even in my 30's! You were always so very kind to me...always met me with a great big hug and kiss on the cheek...May you rest with the angels now and forever!

So sorry to hear about Tony. I still have fond memories of him and his brothers at my Uncle Jack's summer swimming parties and the Portuguese picnics.

I am sad to hear of Uncle Tony's passing. I remember so many good times as a child going to St. Elizabeths church in the basement with the entire Viegas family. He will be in heaven with my mom & dad, Fran & Wally Meyers and my grandparents Gus & Connie Viegas. I'm sure they have greeted him with open arms. Sandy
