Bert Alan Betts

1950 - 2017

Our beloved husband, father, brother, uncle and friend died on July 30 at his home in Carmichael. Bert shared a wonderful life with his wife Cathy and his most loved daughter, Casea Zoe. He felt so lucky to have a large, caring family and so many life long friends. Bert graduated from Sacramento State University in 1974. He went on to become a partner in the CPA firm of Glentzer and Dunnigan. His first love was music and he was a talented musician playing drums in many local Sacramento bands. Bert was happiest being in nature. He loved camping and fishing at the ocean and the mountains with family and friends. Bert's kindness, sense of humor and his joy for life will be so missed by all who knew him. There will be a Celebration of Life for Bert in October.
