Bruce was a true gentleman who was compassionate and kind to all who knew him. I could always count on Bruce to engage in stimulating and intelligent conversations. I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to have known Bruce and blessed to call him a good friend.

I worked with Bruce in the 1970's. He was my Supervisor in Special Projects for the O.C. Probation Dept. During our association, I had the highest respect and regard for Bruce. My condolences to his family.

Got to know Bruce when I worked with him for several years at Board of Corrections. He was such an interesting and adventurous person – it was fun to see photos and hear stories of his world travels. He enjoyed sharing information with others, and I always learned something new after having a conversation with him.
My deepest sympathies to Bruce's family and dear friends.

I enjoyed working with Bruce at the O.C. Probation Dept. for many years. He was a true Professional and highly respected by everyone who had the pleasure of interacting with him. He enjoyed his work and set a wonderful example for our new staff, as well as his coworkers. Don Hallstrom

I worked with Bruce at Orange County Probation. We were both Supervising Probation Officers in the Program Division. Bruce had a training assignment and the most interesting office I've ever seen - books everywhere. Bruce was very helpful to others, very thoughtful before he answered a question, and very knowledgeable about corrections. He was always researching new ideas to make our efforts better. My sincere condolences to his family in their loss.
