Michael was a joy to know and be around. We can still hear his gravelly laugh echoing round the walls of our house.
We were lucky enough to call Michael our friend. We will always treasure the memories we have of fun dinners together where we would enjoy Michael's stories, his wit and insight. He was a special man and we will miss him very much. Our love and prayers are with Marty and Sara at this time and always.
Michael was a delightful man - he always had a smile and always said "hello" as soon as he walked into the office. I count myself fortunate to have known him. He was truly a gentle person and I will miss him.
Know my prayers and thoughts are with you, so many memories of spending much of my childhood with Mike and his sisters and brothers in Grass Valley. Rest In Peace my cousin
We met Michael many years ago in Wisconsin. We were refugees from the east coast and he and Marty from the west. He was a good friend to us and our kids. Even our dog liked to break into their townhouse to hang out with Michael. We enjoyed many entertaining and philosophical discussions with him. There was no one else like him and he will be missed. Marty and Sara, you are in our thoughts and our hearts at this time.
Micheal and I often had office hours at Sac State that overlapped, and as a result, we shared many fine conversations. I will miss him very much.
Mike was always fun to talk to and I always appreciated being able to reminisce about Colorado State with a fellow alum. He will be sorely missed.
I was fortunate to share pleasant memories with Michael when he was at Sac State. I will miss him dearly and I pass my condolences to his family.
