Having grown up in the Sacramento area the First Christian was the Church I attended when I was growing. Sara I know was Secretary way after but we had a connection with the Church.
Sara and I also met each other when my children were going to Pre-school with Nancy and Mark.
Nancy was my son age and Mark was my daughter age David and Christine. Sara was so kind when I had to go back to work Sara had taken my daughter Christine to pre-school which was a co-op and Mon's particapted which I was very blessed.
I live in Collage Greens and used to run into her or Lee at the store and would get caught up or sometimes see her at Kaiser.
Sara was a dedicated Mom and shared her warmth and friendship with others.
I am so sorry that I just heard today but feel really blessed I know her.
I know after losing Nancy I spoke with her and was going to go by and see her but didn't.
Mark if you get this message please give me a call.

My second mom, Sara. I will miss you very much. I have so many wonderful memories of time spent with my second family. Well, most of them were good (after all Nancy and I were in our early teens when we met). I will think of you often and miss my weekly "mom" calls with you. I guess...it was just your time to "jelly". Give Nancy and dad a big hug and kiss from me.
LOVE YOU LOTS.
We will miss you.
Love,
Debbie, Pete and Lauren
