Ivan was a great guy. I only knew him a short time, but in that time he was a joy.
I worked with Ivan many, many years ago. He was a thoroughly delightful person and will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends.
We love Ivan so much. Very much enjoyed his humor and energy at church events. Always teased him about sitting in the "sinners section" at church (where I sat too). He told me he was "loving every minute" of coming to church. Prayers and hugs to Marietta and all members of the Jackman family...he loved his family so much!
My prayers for comfort to the extended family. I am glad that he was able to participate in activities to the end, and gave
me a chance to get to know him and worry about him.
I am so sorry for your loss. Ivan was so proud of his family. There were very few times when I spoke to Ivan that he didn't mention either his sons or his wife. I hope the memories you have of him will bring you some comfort.
