On behalf of the members of the Northern California Peace Officers Association, we would extend our sincere condolences to the family and friends of our collegue, Warren Holloway. Warren was a long time member of the NCPOA and a frequent guest at our luncheons. He had many friends in the public safety community, because he earned them with his honest, straight forward style and quick wit. He will be missed by all of his friends in the NCPOA, rest in peace old friend.
