GIROUEX, John Entered into rest Saturday, June 28, 2014 in Sacramento at the age of 72 years. Beloved husband of 48 years to Joyce Girouex. Loving father of Stephen and Michelle Girouex. Dear brother of Charles Buchter, Joseph Girouex, Virginia Lessick (Ronald) & Cathy Williamson (Jack). Devoted grandfather of Johnathan and Mikayla. Also survived by numerous extended family and friends. Preceded in death by his sister, Barbara Klefman. Dad proudly served his country in both the Marine Corp. and the Air Force, retiring after 28 years of service. Visitation hours will be Wednesday, July 2, 2014 from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. with funeral services Thursday at 11:00 A.M. all at River Cities Funeral Chapel, 910 Soule St., West Sacramento, CA 95691. Interment to follow at Sacramento Valley National Cemetery, Dixon, CA.
