I was a direct-hire by Ken and he set goals and standards that were just barely at the tips of my fingers. Ken was an effective mentor and he always demanded your complete attention. "Step-up, make it right," we all aspired to gain his approval on the solutions and projects he delivered. I will always be indebted to Ken for the opportunities he provided and my only regret is that I had not taken the time to convey that to him more frequently.
RIP. We'll miss you.
