Lisa I met you when I was in the first grade I can still remember playing old maid. You were my friend.

When someone special has been such a dear part of our lives, we know we will forever linger over the good memories we've made together. Lisa had a way of planning for the future in many ways. She taught good life lessons to her daughters, helped other children at school as room mom and even when shopping, planned for what she could find to give to her friends.

Her fun-loving free spirit was often in flight, and you knew it when you were together with Lisa, or saw some of her party decorations. When confined to bed with her illness, her laptop kept her tuned in to the world she loved. The best evidence of her good judgment was in choosing Dan for her husband. They made a great team together.

When Lisa was Baptized, she took on her most important friend, her Savior. Even before then, Lisa's generosity and good humor were boundless, and they only got better!

Life will be different now since Lisa is gone from us, but not sad. What Lisa left behind can't disappear, won't be forgotten and will stay alive as a real inspiration. We can work to develop our giving hearts, as she did. Love lasts forever! "Yabba dabba DOO forever!" (Lisa told us that means "I love you".)

Lisa left this world like a fireball headed straight for a 4th of July party, and that's how we will remember her. We send our hope for peace and good memories to all the family.

The Brandt kids were the first kids we met when we moved to Sacramento 35 years ago. Her brother Steve was my best friend for many many years. I haven't seen Lisa for many many years but I have very fond memories of her as a child. I am truely sorry for your loss and I know she will be missed. I am thankful that her pain is over and now at peace. My thoughts are will all of you.
