Be, is, am, are, was, were, been, being, do does did, has have had, will would, shall should, can could, may might must... Anywhere the cat can be, under, on, and around the tree... After 40 years, just two examples of Mrs. Robinson's way of teaching helping verbs and prepositions still stays with us, not to mention diagramming, declamation, and italic writing. That is an outstanding teacher. She and Don founded and led an amazing institution. Here's to you, Mrs. Robinson, and thank you.

I am one of countless students who will be forever grateful to Mrs. Robinson. By living her dream, she enabled me to realize mine. What an incredible gift.

Our three sons attended and graduated from Brookfield. The notice in the Bee was beautifully written. Mrs. Robinson Clifford, our boys knew her by both her last names, and Brookfield School, teachers and staff, made a significant and very positive impact on our sons. Thank you and good-bye Mrs. Chips. Linda and Ray Alldritt
