I am so hurt and sad to hear of Rashawn's passing. He and I were stationed together for AIT at Fort Gordon Georgia and I lost contact with him long ago. I have been looking for him for a long time and never expected to find this. My condolences to the family.

Rashawn was like a little brother to me when he served at Ft. Campbell. I am just hearing of his passing and only wish I had stayed in contact with him. Sorry for your loss, he was a good soldier and a better man.

I deployed with Lockett to Iraq and he was a vital part of our team as a technician and as a friend. Very few things can bring people from different backgrounds, together and forge a lasting friendship and mutual respect like a deployment. Lockett was one of my best workers and always tried to challenge me in PT. Our team was indeed one of the best in the battalion because of the way we worked together.
He will be always remembered, and terribly missed.

Lockett, we miss you. 501st signal didn't hear of your passing until recently, and everyone is crushed. You were such a uniquely genuine person, who supported friends like no other. You sat by my bedside during the toughest part of my life and held my hand, and I will forever be grateful for your compassion. I hope Kat knows how much you truly loved her, the first time you told me about her, your eyes lit up like I've never seen. She was the one. I hope to have love like that. I miss you battle. See you again someday.
