Rest in peace rich. My heart felt thoughts to Deanna and kassady.

If it was not for Mr. Powers, I would not be where I am today. Thank you Mr. Powers for teaching me that your best is not always good enough-you can ALWAYS do better and to reach for the stars. Thank you DeAnna for showing me what a tough woman in business looks like (how to dress, speak and act like a woman in a mans world). And Thank you Mama Kass for always being a light in my cube. All my love...

Rich Powers was a man that was larger than life and inspired and touched all that knew him. He has truly inspired my life and I often ask myself, “What would Rich Powers do?” and then I find my answer.

He pushed his employees hard every single day so that we could go out there and be the best that we could be and so that we all could live a better life. He taught us to work hard so that that we can play hard and reap the benefits of the rewards. Rich brought the very best out of everyone and because of him, we are all richer in so many different ways just by knowing him. Simply put: He brought the fire that lit the torch.

As an employee of Rich Powers, I was honored to have served him in the many different capacities in which I did and I am truly grateful of the career opportunity in which he has given me and for that – I say to Rich: Thank you for everything and may you Rest in Peace.

My thoughts and prayers go out to DeAnna, Kassidy and the rest of their family. There are simply no words to express my deepest sympathy for your loss.

So shocked and very sad to hear the news. My sincere sympathy to DeAnna and Kassidy, may God be with you to hold and comfort you through this difficult time. Rich was a friend before I went to work at Powers, and continued to be all the time that I knew him. I am forever grateful for the opportunity and assistance that he afforded me. I would not be where I am today, or have what I have today, had it not been for Rich. Rest in peace, Rich, and we will see you someday on the other side.

Sincerely, Warren Brouwer

Rich Powers provided me and countless others with an opportunity to achieve personal, career, and financial success within the insurance industry. I for one will be forever grateful to him for that chance. My thoughts and prayers are extended to his family and his loved ones.
