Allen and family-I just found out about Al's passing and am very sorry. I missed him after I moved away and often think of his great stories about all the places he had been. I will continue to think about him each time I watch the beautiful trees he gave me as I see them grow and remember the fun times walking on his property.

Allen, Karen, Maggie & Lana, our deepest sympathies on the loss of your Father and Grandfather. He will be dearly missed, not only by you, but by all those who knew him. He will be missed for his influence on civic, religious and youth groups.
In my life, no one outside of my family had more influence on my life decisions, than did "Mort". At a very young age, he introduced me to the great outdoors, allowing me to hike around the farm, fish the pond and reload our own ammunition so we could shoot the shotgun. As I got older, I knew I wanted to live in this type of environment, and I do. Thanks Mort.
I love to travel and I'm sure his slide shows from his exotic destinations had something to do with it.
I will miss my conversations with him. He was so well traveled that you could talk about any topic and he seemed to know about it. If he didn't, he was interested in learning about it.
Mort, I will miss you my old friend.
In this difficult time, take comfort in knowing that now you have a special guardian angel to watch over you.

Allen & family - so sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. My Mom(Theresa Socha) & I had a very special relationship with both your Mom & Dad. They did enrich or lives immensely. We were so fortunate to have known them both.
