Joan -- so many fond memories of your dad. Mom and dad always spoke highly of him. What a wonderful man. You are all in our prayers. Kris Trezek Spicer

We were your next door neighbors on Somerset for many years. Your father and mother were our best friends. We want to express our sincere sympathy for your loss. We have lived in Farmington Hills and now in Ada and had lost touch with all of you.We will never forget all the good times we had with our good friends Marion and Art. God bless all of you and yours. Our thoughts are with you as you have surely lost a wonderful person in Art Karam. It's been years and I still remember his smile and laugh. We also loved eating all the wonderful Lebanese recipes your mom and Dad Shared with us. Our best to all of you.

We had the privilege of having Art and Marian as neighbors and two finer people have never lived. We have lost a wonderful man, but heaven has gained another angel.

To Joan and the Karam family,

I had the priviledge of getting to know your father through my work at United Way; he was a wonderful volunteer...committed to our community. It was always a pleasure to run into him in the community...he always had a smile and warm greeting. I extend my sincere sympathies and condolences to you and your family.

Dear John,

Your father was great man. I always had great admiration and respect for him. I remember him as not only a Plant Manager, but also a swimming official when you swam for AHHS.

May he rest in peace,
Bob Wilhelm, former AHHS Swimmer (1969) and GMI coop student at SMI
