Rest in peace Don, you were a SFD brother and a facebook friend. Sorry to hear of your passing.
We will always remember your Dad and Mom. They loved you all without end. Take comfort in the many memories you have.

Tammy, Ron and Jarrid:
I am so sorry for your loss. I recall your Dad (and Grandpa) fondly from my days as a reporter, and how proud he was of you, Tammy. Having lost my parents within a year, I know how hard it is. Please know you all are in my thoughts and prayers.
Tammy, Ron and Jarrid:
I am so very sorry to read that your Dad (and Grandpa) has passed away. You should know, Tammy, that when News reporters would talk with your Dad, he always brought up how proud he was of you. I know how hard this year has been -- I lost both my folks within a year, and it's so hard. My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this sad and difficult time.
I was so sad to hear that your dad had passed away. Your family has been through a very difficult year and I am so sorry for your pain. We all can find comfort in knowing that Joyce and Don are together again and someday we will all be reunited. My God hold you all in His loving arms in the days ahead. God bless.

Don and I met and became friends in High School. I was thrilled when we recently reconnected on Face Book and had the opportunity to communicate again.
Sadly we lose people like Don far too early and my condolences to those he leaves behind.
It is refreshing to know that Don chose to be one of our heroes and helpers. He excelled at running to the trouble, and had leadership qualities that were apparent in his teens.
We will miss you buddy!
So sorry to hear of your loss--it is not easy. I have a lot of good memories with Joyce, Don, and the "gang". Now most of them are with the Lord.
Rest In Peace Don. Your life was a full one and you will be missed by all your loved ones. My most sincere condolences to the Muttscheler family.
I have fond memories of Don during our formative years.
