I'm truely sorry to hear of George's passing. He was a great comrade and friend. We both served together in the 5089th Reception Station, US Army Reserve in Saginaw and went through Army basic training at the same time.

My sympathy and prayers go to the Doak family. Mr. Doak, as I knew him as a Boy Scout in the mid-80s, was the kind of male leader that influenced me in ways I am only realizing today in my 40s.
