Dear Carmen and Family
I was sorry to hear about Bob's passing.
We had some great memories during our years at Michigan Tech and around town of Calumet etc. I enjoyed visiting all the Bammert boys when Les was in Flint working for Buick. May God bless you all during this difficult time.Bob sure looked good in the picture!

I was sorry to hear about your loss. Bob was a pleasure to work with. And after he retired, I would bump into him at Meijer's occasionally and we would catch up and joke. My deepest sympathy to the family.

Bobby & Family;
Howard and I are so sorry to hear Bob passed away. Of all the people I've known your dad was one of the most caring and kind. Howard always put him on a pedestal, which is where I believe he belonged. We just got the sad news today or we would have been there. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

I never met you, but your grandmother, Paulina Bammert (1870 - 1901) is first cousins with my late grandmother. It is sad I did not get the chance to meet you or your brothers when I started my genealogical search. Looking at what has been written about you I can tell you are a man deserving of great respect. My condolences to all you have still left here and joy for you to be reunited with those you love that had gone before you. May your family find comfort in knowing such a great man will not be forgotten.

Bob was a very good man. That sounds trite but it is true. He was always interested in what everyone was doing and offered to help whenever he could. His sense of humor was subtle but funny, he could say just the right thing to make you laugh or smile. I will miss him very much and feel sorry that our family has lost it's patriarch. Bob led with quiet wisdom and a beautiful heart.
