So, so many memories of going to Aunt Louise's during my childhood. Her telling me to go brush Grandmaw Stafford's long hair and sing "put your hand in the hand of the Man Who stills the waters...."to her. She was a strong personality, a strong hand, and a strong believer in the Lord Jesus. I will cherish my memories until the day I go home too. Praying for all my cousins and their families. Love ya'll.

Grandma Burrell always had a hug to give away and then would smile and hold my hand as she talked with me. I was only a child then but it seems like just yesterday. She was an amazing lady who loved the Lord with all her heart. May God's peace and love be with you all.

Our heartfelt sympathies go to the entire Burrell family, especially to our son-in-law Eric and his family. Grandma Burrell was a beautiful, gracious lady and lived a very fruitful life. Although she will be missed here, we know she is in the arms of Jesus and in the presence of loved ones gone on before. Love, Bill and Jo Hawkins

"Miss Lou" was a second mom to so many children, many who have become notable citizens. She was so instrumental in the formative years of my son, Craig. She was a faith-based mother and friend. She carried a very heavy load in her life and did so with grace and a smile. She will be missed by many and may God comfort her family as only He can.
