I am proud to call him a friend and teamate. He made everyones talents better, just by playing beside him.Gary was truly one of the goodguys in this world. He will be missed,I will miss him.

Dear Jolene and Family,
I was so surprised to hear of Gary's passing. We didn't spend a lot of time with Gary but know that he was a loving husband father, brother and uncle. Don probably met Gary as he passed through and they had a great re-union. Know that our thoughts are with you.

Dear Jolene, We are very saddened that Gary had to pass away when he was so young. Our prayers are with you and your family. We remember lots of good times with you and Gary during our "ball playing" years. Gary was not only a good man, he was a stud ball player. We know it will be hard, but try to remember the good times with Gary, we are sure there were lots of them. He is now joining his Mom and Dad with open arms. I was deeply shocked and saddened to hear of Gary`s passing as I enjoyed knowing him and playing ball with him in our youth. We spent many a great time together, along with cousin Stu Sargeant in the old "Nut Tree" days. I will always be grateful that I helped introduce Gary and Jolene and that they were together forever... I will miss him.

He was one of the good guys! He was one heck of a pool player and being on his team an learning from him is something I will always remember. Our battles on the pinball machines I will never forget. I remember growing up with the Stahl's in Holladay. I remember Gary as one of the best athletes I have ever seen. To this day I can still see him playing in the All Church Basketball tournament and his ward (Holladay 3rd) team winning the tournament. My heartfelt condolences to his family.

Jolene and family, Im so very sorry to hear of garys passing, He was a great freind and coworker, I really enjoyed playing golf with gary cuz we allways knocked heads together and it seemed at the end of the round he allways beat me. I will allways remember him for his laugh!

I was saddened to hear of Gary's passing. My love and prayers are with you as a family at this time. I also grew up in Holladay and spent many hours at the Stahl home. I have fond memories of that time. Gary was the one that everyone looked up to. A great athlete but most important a great person. We are sad, but heaven is blessed.

Jolene and family,
The Sunday morning golf group has been missing Gary for a year and a half, and now we all miss one of our best friends and one of the "great guys" you only meet once in awhile. It has been a pleasure knowing Gary and he will be greatly missed! Jolene you have been a great support in helping Gary through this ordeal and I know he loves you very much for it!

Growing up with the Stahl Family in Holladay, Utah was wonderful. They were always kind and so fun to be around. Their doors were open to anyone who needed help. My Dad, Brother and I were so lucky to watch Gary excel in every sport imaginable. He was an idol to many a young boy. My sincere sympathy to the entire Stahl Family. I am sure that you have many loving memories to lean on in the days to come.
