I remember him telling us kids to get an empty pitcher, fill it with tap water and place it in the refrigerator to keep cold. He said that you would not have to run the faucet and waste water each time you wanted a drink. We did that every summer, and called it:"Rex Trailer Water." This was way before bottled water. We thought it was a good idea, and we did it. Rex was a good example for anyone who watched him. What memories back in Orange, MA.
