I grew up around Val in SLC Utah and what fun he was. We had a great life like he said in his obituary. I had the pleasure of talking with Val last year before the high school reunion and we shared some great memories. I'm sure he is planning a great experament in the sky!!

What a wonderful tribute to Val and the life he lived. I DO remember him and shared (with you Don) many of these memories. Life is short so live it...and Val obviously did. My thoughts & prayers are with you, his family. Keep the faith because life does go on. Live it in his honor.

I grew up in the same neighborhood as Val. Even though he was a few years older than me, he was an influence. I will never gor get the "green pinto" witih the extremly large engine. Val rest in peace. You did good.
