My sympathy and condolences in the loss of Dr. Halff – an admired person and respected and appreciated resource during my work at the City of Dallas. I am saddened greatly by his loss.

I remember him fondly. He was a friend to my parents, Joe and Marjorie Stephens.

You have my sympathy Henry. I will miss seeing your Father at future swim meets.
He was a great swimmer. May the Lord give you comfort at this time.

I am so sorry for the loss of Dr. Halff. I can picture him walking around the Dallas and Richardson office, no matter what the time of day, saying "Good Morning". When asked, "How are you, Dr. Halff?", the answer was always "Could not be better". He will be missed by a huge number of people. Tarry Hyman, Employee of Halff Associates, 1990-2008
