I was a NEISD teacher at the Buckner Shelter in 1990 with a troublesome car. That's when I met Mr. Palmire, who I never called by his first name because I admired and respected him so much. He was a man among men, as honest and true as they come. I know how proud he was of his children and grandchildren and I will keep you all in my prayers.

Uncle Bo was to me and my children a ray of sunshine and a man with an undeniable belief in God! He was always kind, encouraging, and loving - and a wonderful husband to Aunt Bess!! I am so glad I made the trip with mom and dad in February to visit with him and Aunt Eva!! I pray for peace, comfort and strength to surround the family in the coming days/weeks! Love and Prayers
