Julia Hadfield never considered you a niece as much as she did a sister and friend.

Tustin High would not have been Tustin High without Ms Ray

I remember Ms Ray especially in freshman year 1963.Since I had been on swim team for several years by then, I ask her if I could forgo swimming and choose another sport.She said okay bring your suit tomorrow and meet me at the pool, I want to see if you can swim. So I met her and did my racing dive and even a fancy flip turn and she said "Okay Wallace you don't have to participate in swimming". I thought that was fair & I played volleyball instead. I kept up on the teachers and life at THS through a friend I worked with and who was also a teacher a THS long term. Never forgot Ms Ray
