Dear Christine:

You are the bright shining star in my heart ... forever. I am comforted in knowing you are now in the Kingdom with Jesus Christ. Further, I look to a time when you are leading a glorious parade of those who have given all for the glory of God. The parade will be reviewed by angels, saints, martyrs before the Throne of God. All souls in attendance are applauding you. It was a gift from God for me to be on your path. Thank you so much for revealing your heart and passion to me.

Your Friend and Kindred Spirit,

Jim Leonard

PS: I was blown away by the turnout for your Rosary, Funeral Mass, and Burial. At the grave site four horses touched your casket as a fitting goodbye to your time on Earth.

As tourists, my late husband Geoffrey and I watched your beautiful family blossom in the pews of Mission Church, San Luis Obispo. For 15 years of living in SLO county, I watched you all flourish, a powerful spiritual light gracing us all. The loss of Christine has affected me so deeply, bare acquaintance though I am, it completely restacked and rearranged my relationship with the Lord, just sweating over it through many sleepless nights. Here's what happened, as far as I can see: The Real Rock she was clinging to, grabbed her in His impatient Arms, and shot upwards, ushering her into heaven, which she earned in only 19 years. And now there is an Amazing Angel with Jesus Our Lord, whose name we all know. Deepest Empathy and Peace, Maria Vidale-Eyles and her service dog Raphael

Dear Allen Family,

How very sad we were to hear about your precious daughter's accident on the trip home from Wyoming. We did not know Christine, but living in the town where she attended WCC we wonder how many times we saw her walking up and down our Main Street with her classmates. Our little town loves the students from the college! What a wonderful compliment they are to our town! We encounter them often and are always taken by their goodness, kindness and maturity. They just stand out.

Christine will be waiting to see her family again...no more tears, no more pain. She has received her reward from the Lord who bought her with a price. She is so precious to Him!

God bless each of you as you walk a difficult path of loss and sorrow. We pray He will give each of you what you need to make it through the coming days. Thank you for choosing to send her here. Our community is richer.

With Much Love,
Monte and Beverly Paddleford- Lander, Wyoming

Dear Allen family,
My prayers are with you all in this difficult time. Christine truly shone with Christ's light and I am so thankful I was blessed with her friendship. She was one of the most genuine people I have ever met and I will always remember the lovely time we had when we were able to visit each other. I have prayed for Christine every day since I came to California and I will continue to do so now. May God wrap you all in His loving arms and fill you with His peace.
