We are so sorry to hear of this sad loss. Our families spent many happy times together when we were both working in Germany in 1971-72. Jean and I send our most sincer condolences.

George was a marvelous contributor to our congregation at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Redwood City (UUFRC). His work for interfaith cooperation and understanding was notable and exemplary. That will be missed. [i was honored to be asked to contribute to a sharing service that he organized.]
George was quite voluble and often provocative. Though I often disagreed with his opinions, I know that I will certainly miss his voice.
My deepest sympathies and condolences to his family.

May you rest in peace.

Kathleen,

I so enjoyed working with you and George when I was at Wales Investments. I was so sorry to hear of his passing. George was one of a kind, with his many interests, his aumusing wit and his deep engagement with the community. He will be missed.
