I'm so, so sorry to hear this. George was always quick to smile and share a kind word. I'll miss him. My deepest sympathies and a big hug to Ray and the entire family.

George, I only met your daughter a few hours ago and was able to help hear make flyers to pass out to area businesses in the search for you. It was clear that your family loves you very much and will miss you. Santa Cruz County mourns your loss. May God confort your family right now and forever.

I'm so sorry for your loss. What a lovely picture of your father, husband, friend. My hope is that you will be able to find some peace in this unexpected and tragic circumstance. My uncle died while on vacation from a fall when he was 46. His family was there and it was devastating for his children and wife. I hope your faith and life practices can help your family come to grips with this loss. Know that you are in everyone's thoughts and prayers.

We are so sorry for this loss. Mr. Sliter was such a sweet man, with a true love for teaching. His students were all fortunate to have known him and learned from him. Our condolences to his family.
