Ron was my professor and mentor in graduate school at The Univerity of New Mexico. He taught me a great deal just by being around him. He gave freely of his time and knowledge, he also taught me to think. I knew him to be a fine artist, creative thinker and a very fine human being. Because of him I went on to teach Sculpture and Ceramics for thirty eight years.

Dear Caitlin my thoughts are with you and your family.

It was Ron Grow and his partner at that time, Carol Romano, who first introduced me to NM in 1974. I'm still here. I always appreciated Ron's sense of humor and kind, patient instruction as he taught me about jewelry making and finish carpentry. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.
