What I remember of Cookie is he always hired local youth! Many of whom have become succesful in their own right and I'm sure learned many a business lesson from Cookie. Rest in Peace and Condolences to the beautiful Quintana family!

Cookie and Kenneth and other dearly departed are together now in this Christmas season of birth and good thoughts.
