RIP Ken. we were friends for decades. Didn't get your Travelogue photos this year & went searching for you. Sorry to hear you made your last trip. Hope you found peace.

I'm saddened to hear this... saw Ken about a year ago while traveling from Texas to Arizona in an RV. I met Ken at a Purdue University Summer science seminar while we were both still in high school. I am still working for NASA.

I just heard of Ken's death today and am saddened. I met Ken for the first time in 1998 at the Saab Owner's Convention at Hilton Head, SC. He attended many Saab conventions over the years and we always chatted at least a little. He was at the most recent one at Pomona, CA in August of this year with his beautiful blue convertible. I remember him as a serious, quiet man but nice to be around. Speaking for myself and the Saab community, he will be fondly missed.

Ken and I became friends at Cornell our freshman year, in 1966, and remained friends ever after. He was our beloved shy, socially awkward, nerdy friend with a heart of gold. You could see his heart in his eyes and in his quiet actions. When he came back to Ithaca for Cornell reunions, he stayed with my wife and me at our home -- very special times. We learned to ice-skate together in P.E., and we played some pickup hockey together.

I used to worry that Ken was lonely, but he did have friends, and he was devoted in visiting them. Ken has a special place in my memory; I will miss him when our next reunion rolls around.

Sorry to hear about Ken. We saw Ken last year at Franklin High reunion and met again more recently. He was a food friend and photographer. Tough to hear about Ken's passing.

I was always surprised that we both ended up from New Jersey in beautiful New Mexico.

I'm saddened to learn of Ken's passing. We had only just reconnected earlier this year when he visited my family.
Ken had the burden of seeing the math and structural relationships of the universe more intuitively and clearly than most even cared to try. We were nerds in HS, and he kept with the math side for a lifetime... along with a love of photography.
On the bus ride back to the city he opened a computer to share photos of his trips to his family, as I shared from my albums during one afternoon here at my home - each trying to fill in gaps for the other of our life during all those years since we were school mates together. Now you may R.I.P.
